Sleep Training

We specialize in Sleep training or sleep conditioning to teach your baby to sleep through the night so you dont have to! We are registered and vetted Newborn Care Specialist and/or Postpartum Doulas with a specialization in all Sleep Training Methods that will get your baby sleeping 12 hours per night. The first few weeks to months are really hard with a newborn and we help them sleep so you can sleep.

Classes

Doulas in LA provides private classes that can be taught in the comfort of your own home. Participant examples include parents alone, or parents and care provider, or a group of families in one persons home. Classes that we teach include Lactation Education, HypnoBirthing®, Baby Care 101, Childbirth Education, Infant CPR, and Mommy and Me Class. Lactation Consultation

We are certified IBCLC- International Board Certified Lactation Consultants working with you and your insurance to help you with lactation, increasing milk supply, help with baby latch and positioning, look at baby for lip and tongue tie issues, and do weighted feeds to help you know how much your baby is getting at each feed.

Birth and Infant Care

Doulas in La are Doulas in Los Angeles area who coach you through the labor and delivery process. Then coach you through the newborn phase of having a new baby.
